Your ticket
How do I open my ticket?
After you register we show your boarding pass straight away and give you a private link. The link contains a secret token, so keep it to yourself — anyone with the link can see the pass. Your device also remembers the last ticket you opened.
Can I download or share my ticket?
Yes. From the ticket page you can download a printable PDF, add an offline wallet pass, or share the private link with the people travelling with you.
I lost my ticket link. What now?
Contact the organisers with your name, phone number and ticket code and we will resend it.
QR check-in
How does check-in work?
Every pass carries a QR code with your ticket code. At the welcome desk we scan it (or type the code) and you are checked in instantly. The desk team can also look you up by name.
What if there is no internet at the venue?
Download the PDF or wallet pass beforehand. Both work offline and carry the same QR code.
My QR code will not scan. What should I do?
Try these in order: 1. Turn your screen brightness all the way up and switch off auto-dark mode — a dimmed screen is the most common cause. 2. Hold the phone flat, about 20–25 cm from the scanner, and wait a second for it to focus. 3. Remove a glare-heavy screen protector angle by tilting the phone slightly away from overhead lights. 4. Reload the ticket page so the QR redraws at full size, or zoom the page out to 100%. 5. Still stuck? The desk can check you in with the ticket code printed under the QR (for example AM26-0001) or with your name and phone number. Nobody is turned away because of a scanner.
The ticket page will not load on my phone at the desk
Download the PDF ticket or the offline pass before you travel — both embed the QR code and work with no signal. If you are already at the desk, show the confirmation email or read out your ticket code; the organiser can look up the booking by code, name, phone or email and check you in manually.
Can one QR code check in my whole family?
Yes. One booking is one QR code, and it covers everyone listed on it — spouse, children and any guests in your party. The desk marks the whole booking as arrived in a single scan. Children's ages are on the booking, so meal counts are already correct.
Does my QR code expire or work more than once?
The code stays valid for the whole weekend, 9–11 October 2026. Scanning it twice does not cause a problem — the desk simply sees that you are already checked in. Treat the link as private, though: anyone who opens it can view your ticket.
Changing your registration
Can I change my package, room or party after registering?
Yes. Message the organisers with your ticket code and the change you need — packages, beds, meal preferences, t-shirt sizes and family members can all be updated by the team, and your total is recalculated automatically.
Can I cancel?
Contact the organisers as early as you can so we can release your beds and adjust catering counts.
Who do I contact if something is wrong with my booking?
Call the event coordinator listed at the top of this page. Changes to names, ages, package, beds or t-shirts are made by the organisers and appear on your ticket immediately — your existing ticket link and QR code keep working.
Can I correct a child's age after registering?
Yes, and please do. The age of the child decides whether the meal charge is free, half or full, so ask the organisers to correct it and your total is recalculated automatically.
Packages, rooms and meals
What are the attendance packages?
Full weekend: Friday breakfast to Sunday lunch, two nights and eight meals. One day: Friday or Saturday with three meals and no stay. Saturday and Sunday: one night and five meals. Sunday only: two meals and no stay.
What accommodation is available?
Rooms — 12 rooms with 3 beds each, 36 beds in total, with an extra bed available on request. Dorm — 56 beds, with extra beds available.
Do children pay?
Little ones under the free age come at no cost, and children under the half-price age pay half. The exact ages are shown while you register.
Payments
How can I pay at the venue?
Choose "Pay at the venue" and we will give you a payment reference. At the desk you can pay by UPI or GPay, card, or cash — whatever is easiest.
Is my payment confirmed instantly?
Online payments confirm right away. Payments made at the venue are marked paid by the organiser team once received.
